The DCECE PE (Polytechnic) Counselling Process 2020 will be conducted online this year. The counseling process will go through a certain series of steps. It is mandatory for the candidates to go through all the steps in order to get admission. The step by step process for DCECE PE (Polytechnic) Counselling Process 2020 is explained below:

Steps	Process
Online Registration	The first step for the counseling will be online registration. The qualifying candidates will have to register themselves for the counseling through the official website.
Choice Filling	The candidates will have to further practice the choice filling for the preferred colleges. The choice filling must be done in the order of priority (priority 1 must be given to the first preference and so on). The seat allotment will be done on the basis of choices filled by the candidates during the choice filling round.
Choice Locking	The candidates will have to lock their choices before the final date. In case the choices are not locked by the candidates, it will be automatically locked on the last date.
Seat Allotment	The seat allotment will be done on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates. Through the seat allotment process, the candidates will be allotted seats to the colleges on the basis of rank, filled choices, reservation policy, and seat availability.
Provisional Seat Allotment Order Download	The candidates will be provided with the provisional seat allotment order. They will have to download the order and bring it with them at the time of admission.
Document Verification	The candidates will have to get their documents verified for admission. The candidates must bring original documents and 2 photocopies with them at the time of verification. Only the candidates who get their documents verified will be eligible for admission.
Final Admission	The candidates will have to go for admission formalities, submit their documents, and pay the admission fee to complete the process.
Next Rounds	Based on the vacancy in Round 1, Round 2 seat allotment will be conducted. The candidates who were not able to secure any seat or the first choice in the seat allotment will be eligible to participate in the next rounds. After following the same procedure as above for Round 2, Round 3 seat allotment will be conducted for the vacant seats.

The BCECE LE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam Lateral Entry) is conducted by BCECEB to offer admission to government/ Private colleges in Bihar. How To Apply for BCECE LE 2020-21 Counseling

The candidates have to apply online for BCECE LE 2020 Counseling. The application process is described below:

• Step-1: Registration: The candidates must complete the registration process online by providing the required details (BCECE LE 2020 Application Number, Date of Birth, Email-ID, Mobile No. ) The candidate will be sent an activation code. He/she must log in again with the activation code activate his/her account
