Instructions Regarding Counselling
- Candidates Will Have To Fill Choice on the Basis Of Their Preferred College & Stream.
- After Choice Filling, Candidates Should Keep Hard Copy of Submitted Choice List.
- The Registration & Choice Filling Will be Only One Time. After That, No Other Chance Would Be Given to the Candidates.
- Candidates Are Suggested To Fill their Many of The Numbers Of Preferred College.
- On the Basis Of Choice Filling, 2nd & 3rd Round Allotment Will Be Given.

Bihar DCECE Polytechnic Counselling Process 2020
The DCECE PE (Polytechnic) Counselling Process 2020 will be conducted online this year. The counseling process will go through a certain series of steps. It is mandatory for the candidates to go through all the steps in order to get admission. The step by step process for DCECE PE (Polytechnic) Counselling Process 2020 is explained below:

Online Registration | The first step for the counseling will be online registration. The qualifying candidates will have to register themselves for the counseling through the official website. |
Choice Filling | The candidates will have to further practice the choice filling for the preferred colleges. The choice filling must be done in the order of priority (priority 1 must be given to the first preference and so on). The seat allotment will be done on the basis of choices filled by the candidates during the choice filling round. |
Choice Locking | The candidates will have to lock their choices before the final date. In case the choices are not locked by the candidates, it will be automatically locked on the last date. |
Seat Allotment | The seat allotment will be done on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates. Through the seat allotment process, the candidates will be allotted seats to the colleges on the basis of rank, filled choices, reservation policy, and seat availability. |
Provisional Seat Allotment Order Download | The candidates will be provided with the provisional seat allotment order. They will have to download the order and bring it with them at the time of admission. |
Document Verification | The candidates will have to get their documents verified for admission. The candidates must bring original documents and 2 photocopies with them at the time of verification. Only the candidates who get their documents verified will be eligible for admission. |
Final Admission | The candidates will have to go for admission formalities, submit their documents, and pay the admission fee to complete the process. |
Next Rounds | Based on the vacancy in Round 1, Round 2 seat allotment will be conducted. The candidates who were not able to secure any seat or the first choice in the seat allotment will be eligible to participate in the next rounds. After following the same procedure as above for Round 2, Round 3 seat allotment will be conducted for the vacant seats. |

The Bihar BCECE/DCECE counselling will be conduct in 2-3 stages. If there are any vacant Seat, then Next Stage will be Conduct for these vacant Seats.
